Pranayama (Breathwork), EFT (Tapping), HRV (Heart Rate Variabilty) and Meditation Workshop

Are you interested in learning about meditation and breath work, or even deepening your understanding and current practice? 
We will spend our time learning and practicing techniques to calm our nervous system, and to bring the heart into coherence. We will also learn about the energy body, and perform a scan with the Bio-Well device before and after the session to see how the effects of the different breathing techniques and meditations have effected the energy system. 

We will use a HRV device to measure our HRV and see in real time how coherent our heart is. The more we can sustain higher emotions like love, compassion and gratitude, the more coherent our hearts frequency becomes. The evidence shows that the more coherent our heart becomes, the healthier and happier we are.
When the heart aligns with the higher emotions, and becomes coherent, then the mind also becomes calm and coherent.
