12.45 - 1.45 - Gillian Yoga for stiffy’s. Plus Breath-work and Meditation with Jamie
2 - 3 - Aerial Yoga for flexibilty with Alex
3.15 - 4.15 - Gillan Yoga for hips and shoulders. Plus Breath-work and Meditation with Jamie
4.30 - 5.30 - Tools and Techniques for relaxation and sleep with Alex

A little information on the day -
Aerial Yoga - Using a yoga hammock to perform yoga poses. This gives extra support and is great for beginners. We also have the added benefit of being able to hang upside down, which leads to improved mental clarity.
Yoga for stiffys - A class where not being flexible is welcomed. But also if you are flexible too.
A yoga flow which helps to aid movement in areas that can be tight on men .
Yoga for shoulders and hips - This session will be based around postures which gently permits loosing of deep area by resting into posture. Any sports person and people with associated injury may benefit from this session .
Meditation and breath-work - As a trained counsellor, meditation and breath-work coach, Jamies sessions will teach you to regulate your nervous system and bring you a sense of peace.
Tools for relaxation and to improve sleep - Alex brings his knowledge of yogic techniques along with more modern day techniques to teach you how to relax, and improve your sleep.

Snacks and Refreshments provided. No payment required, but we are taking donations for a mens mental health charity.
